Hi, I’m Inna!

Welcome to my little corner of kitchen science, better known as Little Alchemy Kitchen.

By training, I’m an organic chemist (Master’s degree earned in 2021!), but to be honest, I’ve always been the kind of person who just loves playing around with science experiments here and there. The kitchen just happens to be my favorite lab — it’s warm, it smells amazing, and the results are usually delicious.

The whole thing really started with a little accident. Back in early 2025, I stumbled across the idea of a ginger bug (yes, that’s a real thing!). With nothing more than ginger and sugar, I managed to grow this living, bubbling starter — and suddenly, I was off making all kinds of homemade sodas. At first, I was just sharing videos with friends and family, but I decided to just play around and launch an Instagram page to share my growing obsession. Before I knew what was happening, a couple of videos went viral, questions started pouring in, and people wanted recipes.
